AIS excels at both corporate branding and all rounded event management. With four years of practical expertise in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other Emirates, we create brand identities and manage the events that make them a reality, all under one roof.
Every event is treated as a personal responsibility, planned with hospitality instincts first and supported by the production, technical and logistical capability required to deliver at scale.
Clients work with one coordinated team across branding and gifting, planning, AV production, entertainment and artist management, catering, décor and floral design, photography and rentals, with a single point of contact from brief to final guest.

Why AIS Events
Planning, production, catering, entertainment, décor, branding and gifting are booked and managed through one contract and one event manager. You do not chase five suppliers.
Book AV only, catering only or branding only, or hand over the whole event. The scope is written down before you commit.
Concepts, floor plans, run-of-show, rigging and power plans are produced in-house, so the design that is presented is the design that can be built in the venue.
Working relationships with hotels, venues, technical suppliers and rental stockists across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, including permits and venue documentation.
Our own managers run load-in, rehearsals, guest flow, the programme and breakdown, and report to you throughout the day.
