Everything clients usually ask before starting an event enquiry.
Both work. You can book a single service such as AV, catering, décor, branding or gifting, or ask AIS to coordinate the full event. The scope, inclusions and exclusions are listed in the proposal so there is no confusion about who is responsible for what.
AIS sources, contracts and manages the suppliers under our own agreement, including venues, technical suppliers, caterers, rental stockists, florists, printers and talent. You receive one consolidated quotation and one invoice. If you already have preferred suppliers we can work alongside them.
Conferences, gala dinners and weddings are best confirmed six to twelve weeks ahead so venues, talent and production can be held. Smaller private events, catering-only bookings and gifting orders can often be arranged in one to three weeks. Branded goodies need about two to three weeks for production and delivery.
Guest numbers and menu selections can normally be adjusted up to a set cut-off date, usually five to seven working days before the event. Date changes depend on venue and supplier availability. Any cost effect is confirmed in writing before it is applied.
AIS is based in the UAE and works across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and the wider Emirates, in hotels, conference venues, private villas and outdoor and desert locations.
Yes. Vegan, vegetarian, nut free, gluten free, dairy free and halal dishes are prepared as part of the menu and labelled for guests. Send us the requirements with your final guest numbers.
