Terms & Conditions
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Quotations are prepared on the details you provide and remain subject to supplier availability, venue requirements and final confirmation of scope.
Bookings
An event is confirmed once the scope and quotation are accepted in writing and any agreed deposit is received. Dates are held only after confirmation.
Changes
Changes to guest numbers, menus, branding quantities, timings or scope may affect pricing and feasibility. We will confirm any impact before proceeding.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the services booked and the commitments already made to venues and suppliers. Applicable terms are set out in your quotation.
Third-party services
Where services are delivered by specialist partners, those services remain subject to the partner's own operating requirements, which we coordinate on your behalf.
