When you submit an event enquiry we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, company or organisation, event type, preferred date, location, estimated guest count, services required and any notes about your event.
How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotations, and coordinate the services you request. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Sharing with suppliers
Where your event requires third-party suppliers, for example catering, AV production, entertainment or gifting production, we share only the details needed to deliver that part of your event.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to service your request and keep records of work delivered. We take reasonable measures to protect it against loss or unauthorised access.
